Applying for Live the Land is a simple, two step process, very similar to the popular country dance of the same name, but without the music, or the dancing.
Step 1:
Apply online at http://www.livetheland.com/signup. The process is automated, so it’s fairly easy.
Alternatively, you can download the application and print it out as a paper copy.
Step 2:
Once you’ve applied online, make sure you send us your $250 non-refundable deposit once you’ve gone through the automated registration process.
If you’re sending in a hard copy of your application, include your deposit with the application when you send it in.
Remember to make your check payable to CJF Ministries, and address your envelope to:
CJF Ministries
ATTN: Live the Land
611 Broadway
San Antonio, Texas

Please be certain to note on your check that it is for "Live the Land Tour Deposit." The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your trip.
Important Notice!
The State Department is a very busy place. . .
If you do not have a current passport and are considering joining us for the tour, you will need to begin the passport application process immediately! The State Department is swamped with passport requests, so hurry and get the process started. And yes, apparently the State Department has a “monopoly” on the whole “passport industry,” so don’t try to make your own. It doesn’t matter how skillful you think you are with freehand acrylics and laminating machines. Trust me.
If you already have a passport, it must be current and not expire within six months of the date of the tour; otherwise you will need to renew it before traveling.
We cannot stress to you enough the importance of this part of the process. In the past, several people have almost missed the trip because they waited until the last minute to get their passport. Check with your local U.S. Post Office for instructions on how to apply, or log onto passportvisaexpress.com, for information on expedited services available. You can have passport photos taken inexpensively at your local AAA (American Automobile Association) office, among other places. We don’t recommend trying to take your own, unless you have prior experience (i.e. Glamour Shots, etc.).
